SAP Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Lead to join our team. As the SAP Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of our SAP systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of SAP projects, while providing leadership and guidance to the SAP team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of SAP modules according to business requirements, ensuring the effective utilization of SAP functionality.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the SAP team in areas such as system design, integration, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend solutions that align with SAP best practices and organizational goals.
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including scoping, planning, resource allocation, and budgeting, while ensuring project milestones are achieved within the defined timeline.
Conduct system assessments, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize SAP system performance, reliability, and stability.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP trends, innovations, and industry best practices, and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the SAP landscape.
Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards in SAP systems, implementing appropriate controls and measures to safeguard sensitive information.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process integration.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5-8 Years in SAP S/4HANA and FI/CO
Strong knowledge of SAP best practices, business processes, and integration points between SAP modules.
SAP certificatied will be an added advantage
