Reza Rahim is an accomplished board member with extensive experience in corporate governance across various sectors. He has served on the boards of multiple PSX listed companies since March 2018, including Burj Clean Energy Modaraba, Mirpurkhas Sugar Mills Limited, where he is Chairman of the Audit Committee, and Atlas Insurance Limited, also as Audit Committee Chairman.

Previously, Reza held board positions at Dawood Hercules Corporation and Cyan Limited, contributing to key committees. His past roles include Board Member at Hum Networks Limited and Independent Director at Hascol Petroleum Limited.

As the Founder and Executive Director of Stratum Strategies FZ LLE since 2012, he has led management consultancy projects and helped new ventures secure funding. Reza’s extensive background in investment banking includes significant tenure at JP Morgan, where he served as Head of Global Corporate Banking in Bahrain, KSA, and Qatar.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Delaware (June 1982) and is an IFC certified trainer for corporate governance, as well as a certified director from the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance. An advocate for business interests, Reza has served as Vice President of the American Business Council and on the management committee of the Overseas Investor’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Pakistan.
